I signed up twice, am staking a lot of XCN, but do not see any points or even my wallet, in the points dashboard.

Hey guys, has it been successfully logged? and try to delete the history that before there may have been technical problems there, if you can’t you can also log in using something else

Sounds like a syncing issue, especially if you’ve staked a lot and nothing’s showing. I had a similar problem before and found a fix—feel free to reach out via TG (@TronXz4j) and I’ll help you troubleshoot it
You only get rewards from staking, while Onyx points is gotten through bridging. So that’s why you can’t get points because you’re not doing the right thing to get points
