My name is Jay; I own a small software development company and have spent the last few years researching blockchain technology for application development.
This suggestion is for those involved with both onyx & chain. You guys are clearly tremendously well-organized and capable. Opening this forum for gaining additional perspective highlights that beautifully and I can’t thank you enough for that.
MY SUGGESTION:
Increasing accessibility, awareness, and education for the development community should be a priority right now.
Currently, you are effectively promoting to both extreme ends of the spectrum perfectly (you don’t need me to tell you that), but don’t forget the middleground. Facilitating a powerful local business ecosystem in addition to integrating top level infrastructure on web3 is in my opinion, as important as anything else onhand because it will take time and real creativity to source talent and achieve results, wouldn’t you agree?
Think about it - even the digitization of assets into web3 is not a simple 1:1 transfer of assets. It includes the development of transformative concepts.
These concepts embedded into industry-level services are what will drive mass adoption. As leaders at the forefront of the web3 movement - you know that the free market has achieved virtually nothing yet because almost no one actually understands the tech itself.
However, some of us do - and I see no reason for why both objectives can’t be carefully and selectively soldered into the gameplan starting from now.
Broaden the horizon and balance growth in all directions simultaneously - those who are tremendously motivated will be massive asset contributions as we lie at the forefront of web3 application development - and it is the visionaries that will arguably create the most impact for widespread and deeper market adoption, right?
Ambassador programs are a great objective, but such programs will provide limited returns until the transformation. While your infrastructure is about to revolutionize financial transactions, grant, partnership, and educational programs for web3 application development in my humble opinion will open doors no one knew existed
