I think it’s a big W. Staking was already solid, but with Onyx Points on top now as well. This is the kind of move that shows Onyx is thinking long-term.
This is how you reward long-term believers not just with yield, but also direct benefits and deeper engagement with the Onyx ecosystem.
This is great news for its holders, adding points to the APR can certainly increase incentives and make staking more attractive. The right move to encourage greater participation!
In my opinion, it’s just the right initiative to reward those who believe in the project. I also think, it’s just the right call to Make staking more enticing in all spheres. There’s always something to gain from the points and APR
Even more benefit to stakers now. I love it. Points will definitely surprise everyone imo. I am personally trying to farm as many points as possible. Also would suggest everyone to do the same.
Previously, the community was undecided between Staking and Points. Onyx will soon be rolling out a points system within Staking, allowing you to earn points through staking. This is great news for the community. Points will also be used for airdrops, providing a future advantage. We eagerly await the implementation of this innovation.

How do we claim these? Like who is benefiting ? Sorry if a silly question I’ve been staked here since like feb or March!
Not a silly question at all, but would like to tell you to be careful of anyone reaching out to you claiming to be help or support
So basically, the Oip to activate Points for stakers got passed some days ago, so you don’t get to see the points just yet. And to answer the question of who is benefiting, it’s basically for stakers, as far as you’re staking. When it gets implemented and the points start counting, the community will get updated
