in past too there was oip for boosting liquidity right ? i remember it pretty well

I’ve seen a 100% pass vote proposal before tho, don’t see nothing wrong with it !
still it gonna passed probably . good for users too . less gas fees and faster txns on base

how it will affect the XCN Token ? any details ?
will provide more liquidity on exchanges for BASE chain . like withdrawal and stuffs
