Missing Funds - Need help Understanding

Uphold no longer supports XCN. So I install Onyx wallet to my iphone.

I copied and pasted the receiving address to the Uphold send.

The funds never arrived. Contacted Uphold tech support who indicated the transfer was complete. Came to the chat here and was advised to contact support via a link. I’ve tried 3 times to chat with them. the last time I did get a ticket and was given another link to click on for additional support. I ended the chat when they want me to type in the seed phrase to my Trust wallet. ??? Why does the Onyx wallet have no seed phrase? Why would they want the seed phrase to another wallet? Why can’t they look at the screen shots I made of the Uphold transaction and hash? Why can’t they work with the Onyx wallet directly instead of wanting access to my Trust wallet seed phrase.

This has been very frustrating in trying to resolve this.

So if someone could give me some clear direction on what is happening and how to resolve besides telling me to go to the support chat link.

And the Onyx wallet doesn’t seem to have any password, pin, or seed phrase ?

You are talking to a scammer. Onyx don’t have any ticket system. Team is aware of the balance issue. By that time please join Onyx official TG

ok so none of the things people sent to me to try worked.

the mainnet support looked at my wallet address and indicated that there was an error in the node and it needed to be resynced

once again he wanted me to provide the seed phrase for my trust wallet which i would not do.

so

what did work was deleting the wallet from the phone and reinstalling it.

ps. I have no idea how that works as I do not have a seed phrase , pin, or password to input for security.

glad you got the funds access . it was just a update which you didnt install the new update . everyone has now access to their funds .

regarding the no seed phrase , it is new kind of wallet system which gets setup via email logging via OTP

I still have version 1.0.0

Looking at the app store it now has v 1.0.2

So looks like it was synced by the action of deleting and reinstalling

Well I don’t know maybe I do have v 1.0.2 but when I deleted again just now and reinstalled from the app store which indicates v 1.0.2 it still says 1.0.0 in settings

so it looks like my coins have disappeared again

when i go to my wallet it shows 0

i am up to date with the software version

Hey , there’s nothing wrong with the onyx wallet. I’m quite surprised you balance shows zero..Just checked mine and I see my balance
