I think if we had eth refunds forever it would make the protocol more popular. We could keep allocating from the dao and use the money for gas refunds.

Stupid idea that will waste DAO funds 
I would be surprised if there was not a plan already to have it work with a layer 2. I do not see many willing to pay the ridiculous fee to claim rewards from the lending protocol.
100k is a lot and will probably last a while

Will make more hype around the space but if doesnt affects the Dao Treasure ,we should have a vote for this Imo
