Ledger Wallet Connection Issue

Hello,

I have been staking my XCN through my Ledger wallet and now I cannot connect to the Onyx Protocol to access my tokens. Please advise Onyx Team. This is the message I am getting.

Yes, I too, cannot connect either. This is very frustrating. Hopefully this gets addressed quickly.

Any answers from the Onyx Team on this issue? Why was this not tested prior to release? This is referring back to Ryan’s question. I too use ledger to connect to the onyx site via Wallet Connect. It’s clear the onyx site is sending the wrong data/request to ledger wallet via Wallet Connect.
I have updated my ledger firmware and ledger live app. Where is the help on this, please!!!

Ok, I have resolved my issue. Using a well known cleaning app, I cleared all temp files. Then ledger connected to onyx staking site. Perhaps this info can assist others. Onyx Team is in the clear!!

I’m still not able to connect. I use Onyx.app.org via wallet connect. Never had a problem till recently. I did download Onyx smart wallet recently. Could that be what’s causing this issue?

Someone from this community just fricking stole my xcn, xlm, and xrp.. all because Onyx app doesn’t link i went on Onyx support and got ripped off…Fruck you who did this i hope you frucking die

For everyone facing one issue or the other, i would advice that for faster communication, you visit the Onyx telegram chat Telegram: View @onyx and always verify any group, or chat you join
No admin will ever ask for personal informations

There is no official support anywhere other than the Onyx Official Telegram channel. If you’re experiencing any issues, please join the official Onyx Telegram channel and explain your issue. Moderators and ambassadors will be happy to assist you. Furthermore, no Admin will ever contact you privately. Everyone should be more careful in these matters. I’m sorry for your loss. I strongly advise you to be more careful from now on.
