For the recent proposal allowing for 400 million XCN to be released per month (current value $500,000), can we please put forth an itemized budget for these funds allocations. Being we have expenses those should be transparent to commubity to prevent any type of mismanagement or abuse. Also if devs are getting paid, it would be reasonable and productive to place timelines, subject.to change within reason, for said developments to be complete. This prevents take 1 week to do a 1 day job etc. The largest driving factors of a project are the amount of developers coming to a project and the marketing spent on project. If we are paying devs itd be nice to know how many we are paying and what amount as well as the expectations. I have only 20 mill so i cannot do a proposal. Hopefully whoever sees this rallys behind it. Please comment for support. Thanks
