I think a major way just to stay safe is knowing that no admin will reach out to you in the first place, so it’s a red flag when you see that happen

I’ll also advice you check out the verified Telegram channels, make sure to verify from the official x channel, so you don’t get yourself in a wrong group, you get faster answers, and you can identify people better there

Good question. Scammers are everywhere, so we should stay alert. My advice:

  • Always check the profile — new accounts with no history are more likely to be fake.

  • Real support won’t ask you for passwords, private keys, or personal info.

  • When in doubt, reply publicly instead of moving to private messages. That way, others can step in if something looks suspicious.

  • Use only the official links shared on the Onyx site or official channels.

Of course, it is possible. That’s why in your best interest, it’s better to avoid interacting with anyone except in the official telegram and only with the mods and Ambassadors, also not in Dms

Remember, Mods or Ambassadors won’t ever Dm you first. Anyone pretending to be from the team is a scammer
