Is Dante still the person to contact for this? Iāve use the platform for months during the gas refund and have never gotten a refund.
Gas refund probably stopped now 
Didnāt get either any refund for may last 5-6 staking operations. But Iāll happily renounce to any refunds if that helps the platform to get back on its feet.
Since December 29th when I see this error in transaction history there was no refunds, for about ten staking operations

why werenāt we all notified about this in a different section. We all need to be aware of these changes on the protocal on the go. Everyone is expecting a refund, it says on the white paper.

Iāve read the whitepaper on the protocol. it was very specific about this being a very transparent network and community, would be provided when it came to voting and taking the next step with protocols. And QUOTE

this is a serious matter, and thatās why it was repeated. It clearly states on the white paper that weād be refunded the ETH it took for us to claim ours rewards etc. It should be announced to new and old members if this feature isnāt available anymore. In a different section like a reminder, daily reminder: that isnāt much to ask for. that is also one of the factors that made people want to be apart of the onyx Protocol, and community.
