Hi, require support if any available. Had my onyx in coinbase wallet but staked it through onyx. Now when I try to locate on coinbase through the web option, on onyx, can’t find. Any ideas?
Hi, this is actually a common situation and your funds are most likely safe. When you stake XCN through Onyx while using Coinbase Wallet, the tokens are locked in the staking smart contract, so they won’t appear as a regular balance in the wallet view.
To check them, make sure:
- You’re connected to the correct wallet address in the Onyx app/site
- You’re on the correct network (Onyx / supported network)
- You check the staking dashboard, not just the wallet balance
If the stake is active, it should show under your staking position even if it doesn’t appear in Coinbase Wallet’s main balance. You can also verify everything on the block explorer using your wallet address.
