Claiming Staking

Hello - Glad to be part of this forum. I tried to claim my staking rewards and had my wallet that I initiated my staking from connected, however, I received an “alert” that the wallet address my rewards were going to was a first time use of a wallet address; and the address was not my wallet address. What do I do?

Are you sure that you connected the wallet from which you staked XCN because you will receive/claim rewards from the address where the staking was

make sure you use official links and the wallet you connected for staking is being used for claiming rewards

Thank you. I went to Coingecko and clicked on the website from the Onyx page. I connected the same wallet I used for staking to claim the rewards. However, the address it is showing is not my wallet.

solved or not ?

I hope I am commenting in the correct section. Issue is as follows: I have staking back and forward from my coinbase wallet to onyx staking many times. However, 4 days ago, I sent 4090.1126 claimed tokens from staking to my coinbase wallet. Then in order to stake them I sent them back to Onyx.org. Although etherscan says they were sent correctly back to onyx staking they have not shown up in my onyx.org staking account to be restaked. How do I proceed?

Can you confirm that it is the inital wallet you staked your xcn with that you currently have connected to onyx staking platform?

This is a guide for anyone who finds it useful

:ox:Make sure you have $XCN in a wallet which supports ERC network . (You can Deposit through any CEX or Swap through DEX )
:globe_showing_americas:Connect your wallet which supports ERC Chain ( Metamask , Trust wallet ,etc ) to Onyx Protocol
:money_bag:Select stake option
:magnet:And you are ready to stake your $XCN
