I want to bridge 105,464.06278789 XCN from Onyx to Ethereum.
The bridge is blocked by an old bridge request for 0.002 ETH from Ethereum to Onyx, approximately 181 days old. The UI says:
“A bridge request was started, but this browser did not capture its transaction hash. Check your wallet activity and do not submit again until support confirms whether it was broadcast.”
I checked the wallet activity. There is no new XCN bridge transaction today.
Could you please confirm whether the old 0.002 ETH bridge request was ever broadcast and tell me how to clear/reset this stuck bridge state so I can bridge my XCN to Ethereum?
