Even though the offers are good, it is still the community that will choose.
The LDA Capital Facility is still more optimal than this option.

I would like to add here that Proposal 3 needs to be rejected so a better solution like Proposal 4 can come to fruition.

No not likely, for Proposal 4 to be voted on, Proposal 3 needs to be rejected. Hence every vote against Proposal 3 counts.
I understand that Eth refunds have not been received and are only valid for voting.
Voting is going well for Proposition 3 will likely be approved

The votes for the 3rd proposal were largely cast in favour. Your proposals were good, but the third vote will probably be accepted.
