It was an agreement when I stepped in the position. Onyx lead team members, including me and the Head of Business development, receive quarterly bonus in XCN.

I get that and I am totally agreeing good wok has to be paid. But the additional 180m seems very vague to me so would be nice to get a breakdown of those funds. Thanks!

So that comes on top of the wages that are mentioned in the 190m at the start of the proposal?
If I understand tis right, and maybe I don’t.
With 100m extra tokens every 3 months, how will anyone be able to ever vote against you? It is very hard to get 200m $XCN together to put up a proposal. It doesn’t feel like I can get included unless I have a really big bank account ready to buy in. Is that the way it is intended to be for Onyx Protocol governance?
I am sorry if I sound jealous but it feels very difficult to ever get a chance to be part of the governance in Onyx Protocol for normal people like me who live from paycheck to paycheck. With so many tokens in the hands of a few people there is not much possible unless to follow the leader. So I will trust you to make all the right decisions to make my small bag proud.

Yes, the XCN bonus comes on top of salary, every three months.
I understand It’s a pretty high stake to create a proposal, but the matter of decentralization is in voting. Users with low stake vote together and get high vote weight.
Other side, the high fee to create a proposal protects the protocol from spam proposals.
