# Bridge blocked by old transaction without tx hash

My wallet address is `0x7D4F714761350BdCF024bc4E9206c5149c3Af681`.

I want to bridge **105,464.06278789 XCN from Onyx to Ethereum**.

The bridge is blocked by an old bridge request for **0.002 ETH from Ethereum to Onyx** , approximately 181 days old. The UI says:

“A bridge request was started, but this browser did not capture its transaction hash. Check your wallet activity and do not submit again until support confirms whether it was broadcast.”

I checked the wallet activity. There is **no new XCN bridge transaction today**.

Could you please confirm whether the old 0.002 ETH bridge request was ever broadcast and tell me how to clear/reset this stuck bridge state so I can bridge my XCN to Ethereum?
